We spent a wonderful three nights at this hotel. The location is beautiful with peaceful gardens by the lake. The hotel facilities are top-notch with a well-maintained infinity pool and upscale restaurant. The staff were polite and welcoming, and the breakfast offered a mix of delicious Indian and Western options.

the exclusive amenities, including the beautiful swimming pool and private facilities, were top-notch.
The only minor issue we encountered was some noise during the day from picnickers playing ball in the swimming pool. this did not detract from the overall calm and serene atmosphere.

The resort is in a lovely location close to the lake and offers a serene and tranquil experience. We enjoyed a boat ride in the afternoon, which was a real highlight of our stay. The room was spacious and clean, and the bed was comfortable. We also appreciated the complimentary breakfast, which had a good selection of dishes.
The staff service was slow and could be improved. We encountered some delays in getting assistance with our requests, and the staff could have been more attentive.

Sitting right on the banks of Vembanand Lake, this resort has a beautiful location. You can visit a small temple nearby or take a short walk to a nice toddy shop for some authentic Kerala food. the rooms are spacious and comfortable with beautiful decor. the staff is very courteous and helpful. the buffet breakfast is adequate and the filter coffee is freshly made. You can relax while walking around the well-maintained lawns and enjoy a cup of tea at the evening shack with a nice view of the lake.
The resort has limited space in the elevator which can get quite annoying.

We spent Christmas at a hotel in Kerala and enjoyed the beautiful landscaping around it. the lake nearby was a great place for fishing, swimming and water sports. the location is perfect with a range of activities in the nearby area. the food was amazing, and we especially loved the Indian cuisine.
The lack of attention given to our room. It wasn't cleaned properly, and as a result, we had to request a second visit from housekeeping.
